360° inspection solution for wind turbine blades by drones.
Growing start-up that is working on the development of two autonomous drone versions enabling the verification of the condition of the wind equipment and thus ensuring a predictive maintenance of the wind blades.
The objectives of EOLDIA are to reduce the handling work and the need for resources useful for the maintenance as well as the diagnosis of the wind farms.
All of this is in order to be able to anticipate as much as possible the shutdown or the possible failures of wind turbines.
EOLDIA offers a 365° inspection solution for wind turbine blades by drones. This solution primarily makes it possible to optimise the maintenance of wind farms and to increase their lifespan by capturing quality images of the defects of the blade of a wind turbine.
The product of EOLDIA comes in two versions of autonomous drones (V1 & V2), each having the following different properties:
- Drone version V1 makes it possible for a drone to no longer have to access the wind turbine to move the blades. The V1 drone will fly under the direct supervision of one person.
- Drone version V2 offers the possibility of being stored in a safe located on the wind farm and will be fully autonomous on the actions of the owner of V1, with the exception of self-maintenance.
This solution eliminates the need for on-site surveillance during the flight of the drone.
